    Last night I dreamed I was on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.
    I’d made it to $250,000 with all three lifelines intact. Only three questions stood between the jackpot and me.
    “For $250,000, in which country did April Fool’s originate?” Regis Philbin asked. Onscreen the answers flashed:

(A) Ancient Rome
(B) India
(C) Sweden
(D) France

    I had no idea. So I polled the audience.
    25% thought Rome, 25% Sweden, 24% India, leaving 26% for France.
    Still no idea. Should I go with the favorite?
